Bansal brings more than two decades of HR leadership experience across services, product, and technology-driven organisations. Over the course of his career, he has worked with businesses at different stages of growth, including startups and global enterprises, and has experience managing hypergrowth environments, organisational transformation, and enterprise-scale people strategies.
He is known for his expertise in change management, mergers and acquisitions, total rewards, digital scale-ups, and new-age talent initiatives. His approach combines business strategy, technology, and analytics to build high-performance cultures and scalable talent ecosystems.
Bansal holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Shri Ram College of Commerce. His academic background and professional experience have helped him develop a strong foundation in both business and people strategy.
